Hi! My name is Lorenza and I strongly wanted an app that would make yoga practicable anywhere and anytime. "LoYoga", the right one for you, the one that will make you healthier, more flexible, strong, calm and detached at the same time. In addition to personally making sure that each of our teachers is certified by the best schools, I always personally verify their path and aptitude for teaching. Having met teachers in the past who were more attentive to their own practice than to their students, risked me getting away from this magnificent discipline and I don't want to happen to you too!
